Should we think through unexpected psychology (or psychopathology) as primarily medical condition or not?

There is no real distinction between a psychological disorder and a physical disorder. The psychology is a result of physical processes. This does not be set to that consultation, counseling, etc is not effective, it purely means that these things can variation the biochemistry of the brain. Depression, for example, can be effectively treated by exercise, counseling, or drugs-all of them impacting on the same biochemical pathway. Also, just because a ways is the result of biochemical processes does not mean that citizens are not responsible for what they do-Reward and punishment clearly does work to change manner, and thus an individual has the capacity to change his or her demeanour, and thus the biochemistry of his or her brain. If behaviour requires pharmacological treatment or is affecting the person's fitness to live a satisfying, producting duration, then it may become a medical condition.
