ranking of post graduate medical colleges surrounded by india?

Any ranking of Medical colleges in India is meaningless.1)More than 50% of spaces are "RESERVED" for different CASTES,TRIBES, and WOMEN. Now there is another proposal to "RESERVE" some more chairs for "OTHER BACKWARD CASTES". In private medical colleges 50% are "RESERVED" for managements which "SELL" medical seats.Among faculty member also 50% to 60% are "RESERVED" for these categories.This is done for "VOTES"of relatives during elections.When politicians fall sick they come to U.S.A. for treatment or budge to corporate hospitals where faculty member are meritorious.
