the aging process and drugs both attribute to losing the hefty under and above the eyes.
Fatigue. Lack of sleep. That is the usual make happen.
Allergy and bad nutrition can affect you too.
**NOTE** I'm assuming you are using "ejaculate" as a noun and if physical features are related to the amount of ejaculate. If you are using it as the verb consequently my answer won't really mean much!
Believe it or not, the amount of ejaculate produced by a man is written into the genes, so the answer is "No" (although within may very capably be some ethnic groups who produce more than others, but physical features do not determine the amount) Now there are a few factor that can change this amount (+ or -) by somewhat, but the base amount is set. For example: If you are thirsting and your body is severely lacking fluid, you'll own a smaller amount. In some cases, refraining from ejaculating (in anything manner) can increase the amount--especially in cases where on earth a man's steady sexual partner (girlfriend.or boyfriend, I suppose) is away for a few days or longer; the man's body starts producing more sperm/ejaculate in the randomness that the partner has "strayed" from him, if you capture my meaning--this is to increase the chance that his sperm would fertilize an egg (provided no channel of contreception are used) rather than the "other man's"
I hope that isn't too confusing--sorry if it is :-)
