Should extracted fetuses be used for medical research?

Instead of aborting a fetus, they could be extracted "alive" and used to further medical research. I don't see anythin unprincipled or immoral surrounded by this at all, because they be essientially going to be "terminated" and likely any tossed into medical waste or used for restricted medical research. A "living" fetus could be used for much more medical research to help find cures to diseases and even used to bring in use able organs. i cogitate they should. why not? just disposing of them is profligate.

Im sorry but that truly sounds horrible. I surmise that science goes too far and oversteps the boundaries! Ethics and morals are forgetten and disregarded. I attention to detail about adjectives human beings, and the thought of using a live fetus that can not speak up, is just grusome and inhumane.
